💬 ABOUT THE SERVICE
The service offered is 100% digital, personalised and tailor-made.
It includes conceptual interior design, base plan, moodboard, templates, AI-generated images, material list and installation guide.
It does not include physical execution, construction or in-person installation.
🛍️ ABOUT THE PURCHASE
Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email with access (may take up to 24 hrs) to:
Download your initial template
Schedule your design video call
The design process begins once we receive the floor plan drawn by you (it can be scanned or photographed).
The service is limited to one space per project with a total maximum area of 35 m².
🔁 3. CHANGES AND REVISIONS
The service includes one round of minor adjustments, and these will be made in real time during the video call with the client.
Once the call is finished, no further modifications will be accepted at no additional cost.
Any complete redesign or later changes will be quoted separately.
No refunds will be given for change of mind, delays in sending the plan, or failure to attend the scheduled call.
The only additional service offered is the shipment of the printed project (at an extra cost).
📦 PRINTED PRODUCT SHIPPING (optional)
The physical shipment includes your printed project in a professional folder.
Additional cost:
€25 in Mexico, Spain and Portugal
€75 in the rest of the world
It is carried out within 5 working days (Mexico, Spain and Portugal) after digital delivery.
Rest of the world may vary.
We are not responsible for logistical delays from the shipping provider.
📁 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials delivered by RO Estudio are for the client’s personal and private use only.
RO Estudio retains the copyright and intellectual property of the design even after it is delivered.
It is not permitted to resell, reproduce, publish, modify or reuse the content, in whole or in part, without written authorisation from RO Estudio.
If the client makes a redesign, adaptation or reproduction based on the project created by RO (even with modifications), without express authorisation, this will be considered a copyright violation.
RO Estudio reserves the right to use the project for portfolio, social media or commercial purposes, anonymously and respecting the client’s privacy, unless the client expressly requests otherwise.
❌ CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued once the service has started (i.e., after scheduling the video call or receiving the initial plan).
